§ 1203.0. Appeals.

All appeals to the director of public works department's decisions regarding the interpretation of this ordinance shall be heard by the public services committee. The transcript of the public services committee, together with the committee's recommendation, shall be forwarded to the city council, who will resolve to uphold, overturn, or modify the committee's recommendation.
