§ 114-284. Penalty.

(a)

Whoever violates section 114-278 shall be fined not more than $100.00.

(b)

Except as provided in subsection (a) of this section, whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this article shall be fined not less than $5.00 nor more than $75.00.
