No person shall fail to park a vehicle at an angle of 37.5 degrees, measured between
the righthand curbline of the street and the righthand side of the vehicle, and where
parking lines or stalls are marked upon the pavement, no person shall fail to park
a vehicle within the designated line or stall, on the following designated streets
or portions thereof:
(1)
St. Louis Street, north side from Main Street to Randle Street.
