§ 114-314. Penalty.

(a)

Whoever violates this parking restriction shall be fined no more than $750.00 for each offense.

(b)

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of section 114-305, 114-306, or 114-307 shall be fined not less than $5.00 nor more than $75.00.

(c)

Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this division shall be fined not less than $5.00 nor more than $50.00.

(d)

The penalty for violating subsection 114-309(5) shall be $50.00 for the first offense within a 12-month period, with subsequent doubling of the previous fine for subsequent violations within a 12-month period.
