§ 22-211. Permitted area.

(a)

The area devoted to merchandise display/sales on the sidewalk shall only be ancillary to and extending perpendicularly from the front facade of a licensed business establishment located in the B-1 central business district.

(b)

Only merchandise traditionally, customarily, and currently for sale inside a merchant's present store or business establishment may be displayed or for sale on the sidewalk.
