§ 42-23. Servicing alarms.

If an alarm business shall fail to report to on-duty personnel of the public safety answering point before servicing such system, or shall fail to disconnect such system during the period when it is being worked on, any alarm resulting in a fire or police response shall be deemed a non-valid alarm.
