§ 6-53. Responsibility of parent or guardian.

  • No person shall aid, abet, solicit, procure or knowingly allow or permit any minor child of whom he is the parent or guardian to purchase, receive, accept or obtain any alcoholic liquor in any tavern, lounge, restaurant, drugstore or other place in the city where alcoholic liquor is sold, nor shall he misrepresent the age of any person under the age limitations imposed by this chapter for the purpose of purchasing, receiving, accepting or acquiring alcoholic liquor in any such establishment.
