Chapter 78. PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT AND RECREATION, ARTS AND SPECIAL EVENTS BOARD

§ 78-22. Curfew.

There is hereby established a curfew for all parks and public areas between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day. No person shall remain in the park areas between such hours except for a scheduled activity being held in such area, and in such case, the hours for such scheduled activity shall be limited to the period authorized and approved by the board or the director.
