§ 6-49. Misrepresenting age/possession of fraudulent/fictitious identification.

  • No person shall misrepresent his age for the purpose of purchasing, receiving, accepting or acquiring alcoholic liquor. No person shall knowingly possess, display or cause to be displayed any fraudulent or fictitious identification made by the government or private entity. No person shall knowingly provide or allow another person to use or possess his/her identification.
